Copies of the SPCC plan can be found with the EPA Coordinator, Facilities Management, Campus Safety, and the Chief Financial Officer of Tusculum University. In accordance with 40 CFR 112.3(e), a completed copy of this SPCC plan is maintained by the EPA Coordinator. The form that tracks the periodic reviews of the SPCC Plan can be found in Appendix A. Tusculum will implement any amendment to the SPCC Plan later than six months following preparation of any amendment. Revisions to the Plan, if needed, are made within six months of the review. In accordance with 40 CFR 112.5, Tusculum’s SPCC Plan is reviewed every 5 years for any change in facility design, construction, operation, or maintenance that could affect Tusculum’s potential for an oil discharge. Tusculum University’s management has committed the necessary resources to implement the measures described in the Plan.
